Please help me arrange and find space in my room

Hey all, I'm cleaning my room and sorting and whatnot and I just have so much STUFF and absolutely NO space for it, like it feels as though I have no space for any more shelves or storage and it feels so overwhelming, this is the layout. Room is 4m by 3m roughly, possibly a tiny tiny bit bigger than that, messasurment came to about 338cm but that's not 100% accurate.

Any guidance or ideas would be amazing, thank you so much!
